Hi, I'm Emma, founder of Exclusive Commercial Services Limited.

For me, great financial advice has always been about more than simply finding the right product or securing funding. It's about understanding each client, their circumstances and their goals, and providing a service that is personal, dedicated and thorough from start to finish.

After more than 24 years working within corporate firms in the Financial Services industry, I took the exciting step into self-employment and established my own regulated Mortgage & Protection business, Exclusive Mortgage Advice Services Limited.

As the business grew, it quickly became apparent that there was a gap in the services I could offer my clients. Many of my business clients also required support with their commercial finance needs, meaning I was regularly referring them to other professionals.

However, I was conscious that this often meant clients had to repeat information and effectively start again with someone new. I also wanted to ensure that every client received the same dedicated, thorough and high-quality service that I pride myself on providing.

That's what led to the creation of Exclusive Commercial Services Limited, allowing me to offer a more seamless, personal and comprehensive approach to supporting my clients with their commercial finance needs.

With over 24 years of experience across financial services and the property sector, I have built a diverse background in mortgage advice, financial protection, property and portfolio management, debt management and commercial property finance.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with professional landlords and clients with substantial property portfolios, helping them manage complex financial arrangements and work with multiple lenders to find suitable funding, refinancing and exit strategies.

After building a strong foundation with Exclusive Mortgage Advice Services Ltd, I realised that my experience, knowledge and qualifications placed me in a strong position to offer commercial finance services too. This led to the launch of Exclusive Commercial Services Ltd.

The Best of Both Worlds

The two businesses work closely together, allowing me to offer clients a more holistic service. I can support clients with their personal mortgage and protection needs alongside their business and commercial finance requirements.

As a smaller business, I am able to offer every client a genuinely personal service and take the time to understand their individual plans and goals. At the same time, through our connection with Commercial Finance Brokers UK Ltd, we have access to the systems, technology and support of a national network — giving our clients the best of both worlds.

I'm always happy to take the time to listen and talk through your plans, even if you're not quite ready to proceed. Whether you need a quick conversation or more ongoing support, I will always endeavour to help you navigate your financial journey and provide the best possible service.
