Meet Emma

Hi, I'm Emma. I'm the founder Exclusive Commercial Services Limited. This followed 24 years of working in corporate firms within the Financial Services Industry, initially branching out as self-employed to start my own regulated Mortgage & Protection business, known as Exclusive Mortgage Advice Services Limited.  As this business started to grow, it quickly became apparent there was a gap in the services I could provide to my clients. I was spending time referring my business clients to commercial brokers to assist with their business finance needs and I was never entirely happy with the level of service in comparison to the exemplary dedicated and thorough high quality service I pride myself on with all clients. I was also conscious of the repetition and duplication for my clients in “starting again” with another professional.

My 24 years of experience working within the corporate firms was a mix of mortgage advice, financial protection advice, property and portfolio management, debt management and working within commercial property departments too, assisting professional landlords with significantly sized property portfolio's. This involved effective portfolio finance management, working closely with the clients and the multiple lenders involved to work out finance exit/management strategies acceptable to all parties. During the course of building my mortgage and protection business, It dawned on me that I have the appropriate level of skill, knowledge, experience and qualifications to offer this commercial broker service myself. So once I had built a strong foundation for my regulated mortgage and protection business (Exclusive Mortgage Advice Services Ltd), I proceeded to start Exclusive Commercial Services Ltd.

The 2 businesses work well together and it enables me to offer my clients a more holistic service, as wearing “2 hats” allows me to serve my clients personal mortgage and protection needs as well as their business finance needs too. As a fully qualified Adviser within Exclusive Mortgage Advice Services Ltd, I am authorised to provide advice on and arrange all types of business protection too. So these 2 business really do synergise well.

I love the fact that I am a small enough business to offer each and every client a personalised service which can be tailored to their requirements, whilst being part of a National Network (Commercial Finance Brokers UK Ltd), so we have the benefit of state of the art systems and software as the larger firms do. So for you, my clients, you benefit from THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS!
