Presentation of Terms
We review the Indicative Terms received from the lenders and we present you with a detailed Table of Terms. This shows the detail of these Indicative Terms in a format making it easy to compare the pros and cons of each, enabling you to make an informed decision that suits your requirements.
Application Submission
Once you select a suitable solution, we complete and submit a full application for finance, to your chosen lender. We work closely with you and the lender to achieve efficient approval and we manage the entire application process on your behalf.
Application to Completion
This includes all the important steps, such as property Valuations, receiving your Formal Offer of Terms & Solicitors.
We help you to manage these steps with these parties and the lenders and we proactively stay in touch with all involved, to help take away the hassle from you and ensure the process moves as swiftly and smoothly as possible for you.
There is more to consider with Development Finance, such as the planned schedule of works, planning permission, projection of costs, timescales, stages of the build / renovation project and the staged release of funds. We are here to guide and support you through this entire process.
